Chris Brown was not allowed to cross the border into Canada ahead of two sold-out shows in Toronto and Montreal, the R&B singer tweeted his 14-million followers on Tuesday.

Brown was scheduled to appear at Montreal’s Bell Centre on Tuesday night and at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre on Wednesday night.

“The good people of the Canadian government wouldn’t allow me entry. I’ll be back this summer and will hopefully see all my Canadian fans!” wrote Brown, just hours before his scheduled appearance in Montreal.

Brown’s performance in Montreal was scheduled for tonight and his Toronto show was scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25. But despite the situation, Brown assures us he will be back this summer.
